L City Automotive GmbH and Valoe Oyj have signed an Agreement for Development, Prototyping, and Mass Production of a vehicle integrated PV System for a light last-mile delivery electric vehicles.

L CITY estimates to sell up to 20000 vehicles until 2026. The total value of the first stage of the Agreement is estimated to be approximately EUR 60,000. The estimated price of a VIPV system for one vehicle when in mass production is agreed to be EUR 2,000 – 4,000 depending on the model of the vehicle.
